ALL SEASONAL (FALL, THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS) ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
Our policy lasts 14 days from the original order or purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
*Refunds will be issued in form of store credit.*
*Items that do not have the original 'Fizz Boutique' tag on them are ineligible for return.*
If you are returning an item from an online purchase, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require your receipt as proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted that are under our discretion.
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase/delivery is not eligible for return.
For online returns:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be mailed to you.
Swimsuits are final sale.
Sale items are final.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned/refunded.
