We want you to LOVE your purchase!
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date for store credit. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, be in its original packaging, and have the original Fizz Boutique tag still attached. The receipt must be present in order to return.

If you are returning an item from an online purchase, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
To return an item purchased online:
- Please ensure that the item is shipped back to us within 14 days of the delivery date, or it will not be accepted.
- Ship your item(s) back to us at the address below.
- Once we receive & inspect your return, we will issue a store credit. It will either be shipped to you, or sent by email.

PRIOR TO SHIPPING YOUR ITEM BACK, PLEASE ENSURE THAT IT IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. IF IT IS NOT, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN THE ITEM TO YOU.
